OUR HISTORY
Since moving to our current 100,000+ square foot facility in 1998, Cabinets 2000 has had quite a journey:
| 1999 | Increased focus on single family developments by establishing in-house door manufacturing department |
| 2003 | Installation of automated flat-line finishing system and pioneering utilization of water-based stains and UV-clear topcoat |
| 2007- 2010 | Weathered the Great Recession by focusing on core competencies, streamlining processes, and developing cabinet library |
| 2014 | Installation of 2nd automated flat-line finishing system for development of pigmented finishes |
| 2018 | Company sold to private equity firm and integrated into what would become the largest privately-held cabinet company in North America |
| 2023 | Founding family reacquires the Company and begins to recapture our position as an industry leader and innovator |
| 2024 | Company implements its Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) allowing employees to take ownership of their work |
